Bathrooms are harder to keep especially if there are many of you living in one house. What's worse is if you only have a single bathroom. To minimize the mess, you can install a urinal for the men to urinate in. Least it's easier to clean since there is now seat. Your toilet bowl would be cleaner and healthier to sit in as well.   Of course, you would need the cooperation of everybody. All you can do is provide the appropriate cleaning tools and cleaning products in the bathroom. A terry towel and all purpose cleaners would be enough. If cleaning products are available they would not have an excuse why they simply left any dirt there. Again, seek the support of everyone so the burden of cleaning of the bathroom will not solely be on your shoulders.   Small dirt like soap suds can cause an irritating dirty spot. But with everyone cleaning after their mess, the bathroom would not get so dirty. The bowl would be as shiny always. Nevertheless, you should also allot enough time for cleaning just so you can check and ensure the cleanliness of the bathroom. But then if you are in the situation where the bathroom is so dirty already, you'd have to start with deep cleaning and go with the proper maintenance tips.
